Serving the citizens of Berkeley County for nearly 50 years!

The Berkeley County Rescue Squad formed in August of 1966 after several local citizens got together to look for a few missing teenagers on Lake Moultrie. Luckily, everyone was found safe and sound, but the seed was planted for some form of organized response. Hence, the rescue squad was born. The squad has grown quite a bit since its early beginnings, but the mission has always been the same. We strive to save lives and help those in need of a helping hand.
